Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Cealver. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable amount of time.

Exchanges:

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us to arrange the exchange. Similar to returns, the item must be unused and in its original condition. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

Late or Missing Refunds:
